Come see the wetland birds of Tramore Back Strand, a Special Protection Area for wintering waterfowl and waders on the Waterford coast!<\/p>\n

Our local expert, Denis Cullen of the Irish Wildlife Trust and Tramore Eco Group will lead a birdwatching talk of this exceptional coastal wetland.\u00a0Find out what birds visit Tramore Back Strand in winter and why the site is so important for wildlife<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The site is exposed so please dress for the weather and ground conditions – strong footwear and warm outdoor clothing are recommended!<\/p>\n

Meet at the Bird Hide at the Tramore Nature Park (Grid 659623, 601 457).<\/p>\n

This event is free to attend and is supported by Waterford City and County Council.<\/p>\n
